The cottage is located in the sought-after area of Košická Belá – Potoky, which is situated near the recreational center Jahodná. It is positioned on its own slightly sloping plot with a southeast orientation, beneath which is a forest. The cottage itself consists of a main living room in the shape of an “L”, a small kitchen, two smaller bedrooms, and a toilet with a sink.
