Cottage with a functional vineyard above the village of Hrušov.

The cottage is located in a wine-growing area above the village of Hrušov in the Rožňava district, under the slopes of the karst Silická planina on the border of the Slovak Paradise National Park. It is situated at the lower edge of the plot with a southern orientation, from which there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. The cottage itself consists of three separately accessible floors. The lower ground floor comprises an entrance hall behind which is a small kitchen with a stove. From there, there is access to the wine cellar. The first floor consists of a hallway and one room. On the upper attic floor, there is one attic room and a room suitable for summer sitting with wine. It also includes a small workshop and a dry toilet, which is accessible from the outside. Behind the cottage, there is a cultivated vineyard. The cottage is suitable for enthusiasts of grape growing, as well as for recreational use. The surroundings offer an abundance of opportunities for great hiking or walks in nature.
