Vineyard with a cottage near the village of Hrhov.

The vineyard is located in the cadastre of the village of Hrhov on the slopes of the karst plateau Horný vrch in the Slovak Karst. The vineyard itself has a sloping character, with the lower part being flatter mainly because it is separated from the access road by a retaining wall, which levels part of the land. In the lower part, there is also a brick cottage with a wine cellar. The cottage has a hallway and one room in the upper part, while the lower part of the cottage has two rooms for processing grapes and the mentioned cellar. In front of the cottage, there is an underground tank for collecting rainwater. The vineyard is also accessible from the upper part, where part of the land is also less sloping. The property is suitable for both agricultural use, or after suitable reconstruction, for recreational use as a cottage in a beautiful natural environment among the vineyards in the Slovak Karst.
