Approximately in the middle of the plot is a family house. In front of the house is an open terrace. We can access the living area through another covered terrace, where there is a jacuzzi and an entrance to the cellar. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet, 2 rooms, a pantry, and a boiler room. On the first floor, there is a kitchen and 2 rooms. The house has high-quality, 10cm thick thermal insulation. There is a lot of greenery on the plot and 4 additional buildings. One serves as a wood storage, 1 as a hayloft, and 2 as stables, which contain a total of 18 stalls that currently serve for poultry farming on an area of approximately 50-70m2. There is a natural spring on the plot - drinking water without nitrate. The village stretches along the bank of the Ipeľ River. It is 15km away from the district town. It is a border town with the Hungarian town of Balassagyarmat, where there is a zoo, a swimming pool, and a cycling path all the way to Budapest.
