Commercial spaces in Royko passage.
We offer for rent lucrative commercial spaces in Royko passage connecting Obchodná and Jedlíková streets. The entrance to the passage is directly from the busiest part of Obchodná street right next to the public transport stop "Poštová". The individual spaces are suitable for smaller retail operations. They are designed as separate rooms with a glass wall facing the passage. The offer includes spaces ranging from 11.8 m2 to 25.4 m2. The rental price for the commercial space depends on its size and ranges from 250 to 480€ + VAT + utilities. The Royko passage building was constructed in 1931 according to the design of Bratislava architect Ernst Steiner. It was a complex of shops and three residential buildings accessible by stairs from the passage, equipped for its time with central heating, an elevator, and water and gas connections. The renovation of the Royko passage completed in 2007 created exclusive spaces for shops. The layout of the spaces, the materials used, as well as the detail solutions respect the original character of the building constructed in the interwar period. According to the original period photographic documentation, special wall lamps were made for this space. The inscription and simultaneously the main logo ROYKO PASSAGE was taken from the original project documentation stored in the City Archive.
